Advisory

Advisory as the Initial Step in Brand and Business Engagement. The advisory phase marks the beginning of our collaboration with any brand or business. With 30 years of industry expertise, we are eager to guide you in determining the best strategies for market entry, capturing market share by identifying "white space," and ensuring your brand's success. While our primary focus will be on the US market, we will also recommend exploring opportunities in Latin America and the Caribbean. Our advisory engagement can be a one-time consultation or evolve into interim market management. The specifics of the engagement will dictate our role and compensation structure. We will leverage our extensive network and comprehensive services to maximize the profitability of our collaboration.

Licensing

The licensing business model is available for brands interested in collaborating with a third-party licensee. In this arrangement, the licensee handles product development, sourcing, operations, and warehousing, while we focus on sales and marketing. The brand benefits from income generated through royalties or shared revenues from sales. This model is currently applied to our owned brands: AlphaStyle, Societe Illegale, and Carolina Cavour. Sourcing takes place in Peru, with distribution managed from a warehouse in Miami. Our sales and marketing team is employed by either the licensee or the brand owner. Our compensation structure is based on a revenue-sharing arrangement with the licensee or sales commissions, which always includes a management fee for covering marketing work.

Distribution

The distribution business model can be implemented in two ways: either by having the brand owner ship directly to wholesale customers or by utilizing a third-party warehouse in Miami, where we would handle sales and marketing. Our collaboration could be structured around revenue sharing with the brand owner or through sales commissions. We would receive payment for our management fee based on the scope of our engagement. The management fee would cover marketing efforts, including product placement and collaborations with stylists, influencers, and celebrities. Our distribution model encompasses wholesale, along with concessions and direct-to-consumer channels, such as local online stores, marketplaces, and pop-up events. Recently, we successfully applied this distribution model for Philippe Model Paris, resulting in a remarkable $5 million in retail sales value in the United States in 2023.
