Since 1996, we have been involved in the creation, development, and investment of thriving businesses. Our ownership portfolio includes brands such as AlphaStyle, Desand, and Societe Illegale. Additionally, we were the exclusive distributor for brands like Lacoste, Calvin Klein, Nautica, Speedo, and Juicy Couture. We also served as a distributor for Philippe Model Paris, Pepe Jeans, Hackett, IKKS, and many more. We have opened the market for the French food company Delifrance by developing the franchise store concepts.

History
We were founded by Ivan Herjavec in 1996 with the clear vision of managing and distributing fashion brands across multiple markets. For the next 22 years, we served as the official distributor for the French brand Lacoste, alongside several other notable international names such as Calvin Klein, Speedo, Nautica, and Juicy Couture. In 2008, we undertook the development and relaunch of the iconic Italian sportswear brand Ellesse, managing its distribution on a worldwide scale. We were also engaged for many years in the business and market development of the French food company Delifrance, developing and managing franchise restaurant concepts with third-party clients. Our founder established a joint venture in 2012 with the owners of Moose Knuckles to run distribution of the brand throughout the EMEA region. In 2016, we partnered with Zalando to invest in the technology company BuyingShow, supporting digital innovation in retail. In 2019, we opened one of the largest multi-brand showrooms in New York City, servicing a distribution network of over 1,000 retail locations across the United States. In 2020, we launched our beauty division, collaborating with a number of notable brands and entering a new category. In 2021, we acquired a stake in the premium streetwear label AlphaStyle and established Societe Illegale. In early 2025, Desand, a Miami-based sportswear brand, was born and launched selectively in premium sportswear stores around the world. For more than a decade, we have consulted world-class companies, helping them find new opportunities and enhance existing performance; our client roster includes well-known names such as eBay, Sequential Brands, and Tivoli, among others. From 2026 onward, we entered a new era and are actively building an ambitious and diverse brand portfolio. Our headquarters are conveniently located in Miami, providing a strategic base for our global operations.
