Since 1996, we have been involved in the creation, development, and investment of thriving businesses. Our ownership portfolio includes brands such as AlphaStyle, Desand, and Societe Illegale. Additionally, we were the exclusive distributor for brands like Lacoste, Calvin Klein, Nautica, Speedo, and Juicy Couture. We also served as a distributor for Philippe Model Paris, Pepe Jeans, Hackett, IKKS, and many more. We have opened the market for the French food company Delifrance by developing the franchise store concepts.

History
We were founded by Ivan Herjavec in 1996 with the vision of managing and distributing fashion brands. For the next 22 years, we served as the distributor for the French brand Lacoste, along with several other notable brands such as Calvin Klein, Speedo, Nautica, and Juicy Couture. In 2008, we took on the task of developing and relaunching the iconic Italian sportswear brand, Ellesse, which was distributed worldwide. We were involved for many years in the business and market development of the French food company Delifrance by developing and managing the franchise restaurant concepts with third-party clients. Our founder created in 2012 a JV company with the owners of Moose Knuckles. The JV company was running a distribution of Moose Knuckles in the EMEA region. In 2016, we partnered with Zalando to invest in the tech company BuyingShow. In 2019, we launched one of the largest multi-brand showrooms in New York City, catering to a distribution network of over 1,000 retail locations across the United States. In 2020, we launched our beauty division, working with notable brands. In 2021, we acquired a stake in the premium streetwear brand AlphaStyle and created Societe Illegale. In early 2025, Desand, Miami’s sportswear brand, was born and was launched in selective sportswear stores around the world. For over a decade, we have been consulting world-class companies, assisting them whether they are seeking new opportunities or aiming to enhance their current performance. Among our diverse range of clients are well-known names such as eBay, Sequential Brands, and Tivoli, to name a few. From 2026, we are investing more in beauty and the food & beverage industry, and shifting the fashion & jewelry division more into the contemporary and luxury segment. Our headquarters are conveniently located in Miami, providing us with a strategic base for our operations.
